Electronic shareholder information
Following recent changes in the law, companies are now permitted to offer shareholders the option to receive shareholder communications (such as annual reports, summary financial statements, interim reports, notices of meetings and related forms of proxy) electronically via the internet rather than in paper form through the post. Allied Domecq is currently reviewing whether to offer this option to shareholders.
