Practice drills are used across the company to test the effectiveness of emergency plans and ensure that the planning process includes appropriate procedures covering a wide range of potential situations such as fire, incidents, security alerts, leaks and spills. Fire is one of the most important emergency situations we prepare for, because of the risk posed by the large volumes of highly flammable alcohol that are stored on many of our sites.

We have evaluated our training exercises and planning processes and prepared emergency plans for the business covering:

. identification of potential accidents and emergencies;
. identification of personnel in charge during an emergency;
. details of actions to be taken by personnel during an emergency, to include
   contractors and visitors;

. responsibilities, authority and duties with specific roles;
. evacuation procedures;
. identification and location of hazardous materials and emergency action required;
. interface with external emergency services.
